Points of Contact

The Points of Contact (PoC) section describes persons or groups within the Service Provider organization who may be contacted for service-related purposes. NOTE: a service provider can have more than one PoC.

The Points of Contact page contains the following information for each PoC:

• Name (required): The name by which the PoC is recognized or addressed.
• Title: A designation of the position or responsibilities of the PoC. Note that as soon as the user types in this field, a list will appear with Titles required for the Publisher/Provider On-ramping form. The user may select one of these titles, or populate the field with a free-form entry.
• Phone Number (required): The telephone number used to speak with the PoC.
• Email Address (required): An electronic mail address used to correspond in writing with the point of contact.
